District E in Eindhoven is the redevelopment of the (train) station area. 3 new (residential) towers will be built, on top of a plinth with shops and restaurants. The high-rise towers will become 170 m, 110 m and 76 m tall. The towers will house some 450 apartments, ranging in price and rent/buy. Underneath the buildings, a parking basement will be built with spaces for 'part-time cars' and bycicles. Underneath the square in front of the station another large bycicle basement will be built.

In Nootdorp ING Vastgoed ontwikkeling has developed a new shopping centre providing in shops, offices, residences and the catering sector. For the benefit of the residents, staff and visitors a parking garage has been realised. This garage is located in the centre of the shopping centre. Parking can be done on four parking storeys on the roof of the shopping storey. Shopping centre De Parade in Nootdorp has received an honourable mention of the ICSC, the International Council of Shopping Centers, in the category New small shopping centres. The jury referred to De Parade as a "valuable inspiration for other projects", among others because of the integration of both old and new, and the presence of many local entrepreneurs. The unique architecture, efficient and intensive usage of space and the cozy and intimate ambience that this creates where also mentioned as criteria for this choice. (ICSC)

Nesselande is a new type of shopping centre, located in eastern Rotterdam. The shopping centre has been well facilitated with supermarkets, small shops, a health centre, parking garage, three residential towers with 240 residences and 290 low-rise apartments.The shopping centre is located along the boulevard along the Zevenhuizerplas. This boulevard transitions into a sandy beach besides the lake.
