In the 90's of the previous century, Zonneveld ingenieurs designed the structure for many office buildings in the so-called Brainpark in Rotterdam. These days, several of these buildings are being redeveloped or replaced by residential buildings.
On 5 juli 2023, the building of the first multi-functional residential building called 'Canvas Living' has started. This building will have 614 apartment and many shared facilities, underground 'shared mobility' and a roof garden. The building, designed bij Kraaijvanger Architects, consists of 3 volumes with a 10-storey low-rise and a 70 meter high-rise. The plinth has room for restaurants, sport, co-working space and other activities.
