Residential tower De Witte Keizer stands out because of its unique shape. The inner-city location of this building forced the designers to find a convenient parking solution on a very small footprint. They ended up opting for an automatic parking system with three storeys. The consequence of this choice is that only a part of the main load-bearing structure continues towards the basement and the foundation. Up to level 2 the base consists of an in-situ concrete construction. Above this, the building has been built with prefab concrete elements in facades and floors.
The facade consists of sandwich elements, to which the load-bearing inner shell and the facade have been mounted in one operation.

Residential tower 100hoog with 33 floors in the so called "Wijnhavenkwartier" (Wine harbour district)  in Rotterdam was finished in October 2013. The building has a total of 152 apartments and some commercial areas at street level. Klunder Architecten made the design and the location is the Wijnhaven, on other sides enclosed by Posthoornstraat and Wijnstraat. The waterfront location was an important source of inspiration for the design.
There is approximately 1.050 m² commercial area at streetlevel, mainly on-trade to enhance the livelyhood of the area. Above are 40 so called harbour apartments. There are another 112 tower apartments in the high-rise of 100m1. All apartments have a large outdoor space. The residents can also use the communal roof garden and have their own storage area. The garage in the building has 165 parking spaces.
