A new education building has been realised for the Mondriaan Onderwijsgroep along the Brasserskade in Delft. This building replaces the former education buildings on this location. In the new building the clusters Commerce and Care and welfare have been accommodated.
Zonneveld ingenieurs b.v. supplied an efficient sollution for the main load bearing structure, in which a short construction period and an important waterway, that crosses the project, were taken into account.

Rechtbank Zwolle

The expansion and renovation of the court in the inner city of Zwolle encompasses a new buildling of seven storeys including two underground parking storeys. The ground floor above the parking garage forms the connection with the old court. Here the new main entrance and diverse facilities are accommodated, like the archive, interrogation rooms, cells and technical rooms. On the first floor there are eleven courtrooms, council chambers and a library. Above that, three office storeys with four patios. 

After the completion of the development, the existing court will be redone. The renovation consists of completely renewing the installations, The existing vertical windows have been replaced and several spaces have been rearranged and refurnished. The project as a very high logistic and methodical complexity. The old court room stays in use while construction work is going on. Besides, a historical city canal is located on one side of the construction site and a hospital is located on the other side.
