The Sijthoff building in the centre of The Hague at the corner of the Grote Markstraat and the Wagenstraat has undergone a transformation. The 'old' building consisted of one layer with retail and six office layers. After the renovation, there are now two shopping floors (with a total GFA of 4.750m2) and 6.300m2 GFA office area.
The old post office at Neude in Utrecht is a familiar sight for Utrecht's residences. The building is no longer a post office and is being redeveloped whilst maintaining its monumental character.
The central library will take up a large part of the building, as well as shops and horeca. The basement will house a bike garage and a food market.
