The project Schoutenhoek consists of three sites with mainly residences and a primary school.
Two sites consist of a combination of construction volumes of varying heights around a recessed public parking garage intended for residents and visitors. The parking garages offer respectively 162 and 133 parking spaces. Both parking garages are fitted with an enclosed deck, on which an inner space is located for the residents. Several structural openings are in this deck for the purpose of natural ventilation. 308 residences have been realised, divided between owner-occupied homes and rental homes. Furthermore the project has been provided with a medical centre (858 m²), commercial spaces (580 m²) and several living/working units (total of +/- 500 m²).
The construction height varies from 21 storeys to single-family homes on top of the parking garage.
