The well-functioning Woensel city district centre is located along the north side of the city of Eindhoven. The centre used to contain 30.000 m2 of commercial space.
Besides the expansion, the existing part of city centre has been renovated on behalf of owners’ association.
The expansion and renovation were focussed on boosting the practicality of the city centre by improving the spatial quality, breaking the introvert structure and creating recognisable entrances.
