Project Wilhelminahof includes four office buildings, a new palace of justice and partially underground parking garages.
Project Wilhelminahof is the first phase of the development of offices on Kop van Zuid. The offices for the tax authorities and the court have been built directly next to and partly over the metrostation, which was realised simultaneously. The overhang, at the height of 40 metres, forms a connection between these offices. The simultaneous implementation of the metro station imposed certain conditions, regarding both construction time as well as construction costs.
The project was finished in phases between 1997 and 2000.

The glass canopy between the offices is a striking component of the project. The Palace of Justice is part of the Wilhelminahof as well.

Maanplein

In 1996, the development of the office park Maanplein The Hague started. The project consisted of 12 office buildings, built on one large parking basement. Even though the offices had been designed by different architects and each have a different appearance, the structural system for all buildings is almost identical, supporting facades + wide slab floors with beams. This ensured a short construction time. 
At this moment, 2019, we are involved with the redevelopment of the office buildings into apartment buildings.
 
NEW, THE HAGUE, OFFICES

Origin Papendorp

The office complex for Atos-Origin in the office district Papendorp in Utrecht consists of five office buildings. Under four of the buildings semi-sunken parking garages have been realised. Under the fifth building a fully underground parking garage of around 2500 m² has been realised. 
The construction of the parking garages has been executed using underwater concrete as the groundwater level in the surroundings of the project could not be lowered during construction.
