The B-Tower, in the centre of Rotterdam, is een mixed-use toren. The ground floor and 1st floor consist of 4.000 m2 retail area for a store of "The Sting". The 3rd and 4th floor have been designated for parking for the 24 apartments and 54 Urban Studios, which can be found on the 5th through 19th floor. The apartments can be rented for short stay, see www.urbanresidences.com.

The B-Tower has been build immediately adjacent to the monumental building of the so called "Bijenkorf" (Beehive), close to the Beurstraverse, Coolsingel and Lijnbaan shopping streets. The structure of the tower consists of concrete poured in situ with facades made of floor-to-ceiling glass facade elements.

The Coopvaert

The Coopvaert is 100 m tall multifunctional tower in the centre of Rotterdam with horeca, offices and apartments. The entire floor surface is 26.000 m².
During the design phase, the ambities of all parties involved were high, especially regarding the size of the apartments. Developments in the market (diminishing demand for more expensive apartments) prompted simpler floor plans but maintaining the appearance of the building.
Zonneveld ingenieurs b.v. has designed and compared different variants for the structure (steel, concrete, prefab concrete). Optimisation and flexibility in the frame have led to the present design.
NEW, ROTTERDAM, RESIDENCES, HIGH-RISE

100Hoog

Residential tower 100hoog with 33 floors in the so called "Wijnhavenkwartier" (Wine harbour district)  in Rotterdam was finished in October 2013. The building has a total of 152 apartments and some commercial areas at street level. Klunder Architecten made the design and the location is the Wijnhaven, on other sides enclosed by Posthoornstraat and Wijnstraat. The waterfront location was an important source of inspiration for the design.
There is approximately 1.050 m² commercial area at streetlevel, mainly on-trade to enhance the livelyhood of the area. Above are 40 so called harbour apartments. There are another 112 tower apartments in the high-rise of 100m1. All apartments have a large outdoor space. The residents can also use the communal roof garden and have their own storage area. The garage in the building has 165 parking spaces.

Redevelopment ministries Wijnhaven

The project includes the redevelopment of the former ministries of Justice and The Interior situated at Turfmarkt and Schedeldoekshaven in The Hague with a total surface of 55.000 m². The 'new' building houses a combination of new functions: living, education, retail and parking. A total of 170 apartments have been created in the towers. The bottom five building layers contain 1.000 m² retail area and 13.000 m² for the Leyden University, named Campus The Hague. The area for the Leyden University consists of lecture theatres, class rooms and other education facilities. The building also contains a bicycle parking for students.
