At the edge of the inner city of Amersfoort, situated along the Eem river, the project Eemplein has been developed. The plan is a remarkable mix of shops, leisure, culture, offices and apartments. Eemplein connects to the existing historic city centre of Amersfoort with a cinema, a large supermarket, multimedia shop and a variety of apartments.
The location is ideal; along the central access road to the centre and near the train station. The Amersfoort library, the school for music, a pop podium, the ‘Schools in the art’ and the Eemland Archive have also found a place at the Eemplein.

Centrumplan Vleuterweide

The town centre Vleuterweide project is a new district on the west side of the Leidsche Rijn in Utrecht. Narrow streets, squares and traditional Dutch facades are typical for this project. Besides shops, the project also contains a library, music school, cultural centre, health centre and several schools. In the centre of Vleuterweide, apartments and spacious city residences with beautiful outdoor areas have been realised. The apartments are located along the square and almost all have a view over the water. The residences, mostly (senior) apartments, are located above the shops, but are accessible from street level.

Pieter Vreedeplein

In an attempt to make the city centre more attractive and economically strong, the muncipality of Tilburg decided to upgrade their city centre. The redevelopment of the Pieter Vreedeplein contains shops, residences, catering, recreation facilities (i.a. a cinema) and an underground parking garage. Two medium high apartment buildings have been built at the edge of the Stads Centrum Passage and in the Telegraafstraat. The design for structures around the Pieter Vreedeplein was made by the Spanish architects of Bonelli i Gill, Barcelona. Bedaux de Brouwer Architecten also takes responsibility for a part of the design, being the residences and the exclusive apartments in the IJzerstraat. Bedaux de Brouwer also plays a role in the design for the medium high residential building.

Shopping centre De Parade

In Nootdorp a new shopping centre has developed providing shops, offices, residences and horeca. For the benefit of the residents, staff and visitors a parking garage has been realised. This garage is located in the centre of the shopping centre. Parking can be done on four parking storeys on the roof of the shopping storey. Shopping centre De Parade in Nootdorp has received an honourable mention of the ICSC, the International Council of Shopping Centers, in the category New small shopping centres. The jury referred to De Parade as a  "valuable inspiration for other projects", among others because of the integration of both old and new, and the presence of many local entrepreneurs. The unique architecture, efficient and intensive usage of space and the cozy and intimate ambience that this creates where also mentioned as criteria for this choice. (ICSC)
